I am extremely passionate about helping individuals understand why they are the way they are, while also supporting them in becoming the person they want to be. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in genuine connection, while also being honest and direct when it matters most.
I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with, whether in our emotions, relationships, or sense of self, develop for a reason. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also gently challenging what may no longer be serving you. My goal is not just insight, but real, meaningful change.
In our work, I place a strong emphasis on helping you better understand your emotional world, build regulation skills, and feel more in control of your reactions. At the same time, we look at deeper, underlying experiences, often from earlier in life, that continue to impact how you think, feel, and relate to others today. I integrate approaches such as ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR and other evidence-based therapies to support this process in a way that feels safe, paced, and effective.
I often work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they can logically understand but can’t seem to shift, especially in relationships with themselves or others. This might look like intense emotions, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, or feeling overwhelmed by your reactions. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start; we’ll make sense of it together.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, depression, BPD, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, as well as those who simply want to better understand themselves and create a more fulfilling, grounded life.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged, so you can not only understand yourself more deeply, but actually begin to experience lasting change.
